Part 4: Feeling valued
The Trust is committed to supporting people to speak out, have a voice, feel valued and listened to. Thinking about you, your team, and service users.
In this section you can recognise and reflect on the following:
What could be done differently to support all individuals to feel valued irrespective of role, background and personal characteristics
Any new ways in which you or your fellow bank workers could be more involved in decision-making or where communication could be improved
